The Sales Process in SAP S/4 HANA involves businesses managing their sales activities, tracking products and services from order to delivery. The software consists of organizational structures, master data, sales, and various types of sales orders. Business partners, such as customers, suppliers, and other partners, are involved in the sales process. Partner functions allow for assigning roles to business partners, setting up partner determination procedures, and customizing settings. Sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, and copying control classify sales documents, delivery schedules, and information transfer. Contracts and scheduling agreements and special business transactions are handled. Sales basic functions include checking product availability, calculating prices, and managing inventory. Incompletion logs help track incomplete details, and material determination and product selection help find suitable alternatives. Material listing/exclusion determines which products can be sold together. Free goods are offered to customers when a product is purchased. A sales case study based on TS460 helps understand the interplay of these concepts and processes.

An Associate Exam usually consists of 80 Multiple Choice, Multiple response and Matching (pull-down) questions and answers. Candidates have a maximum of 3 hours to complete.

The certificate issued for passing this exam will be valid for 5 years.
